Vegitto hands down. Fusion dance has to have both fighters at the same level and adds their power, whilst potara gets both fighters highest power and adds them together.
For example, say vegeta has max power level of 8 and Goku has a max power level of 10.
I don't know. I mean, they are pretty much the same person right? I'll go with Gogeta because he was a Super Saiyan 2 while Vegito was only a second stage Super Saiyan.
