Sam Douglas is a American actor best known for his voice and likeness in Heavy Rain as private investigator Scott Shelby.
Sam Douglas has appeared in several feature films such as; Batman (1989), Fifth Element, Eyes Wide Shut, and Snatch. He also has been nominated for two Academy Awards for best short film for The Snatching of Bookie Bob and Tonto Woman.
