Scarface: The World is yours, puts you in the shoes of Tony Montana as you try to re-establish your Cocaine Empire and get back the glory days of the past.
Overview
The story of Scarface: The World is Yours alters the end of the Scarface film. In the film, Tony Montana dies during a shootout in his mansion. In the game Tony lives. After the bloody encounter, he is left with nothing and must rebuild his criminal empire from the ground up by finding former contacts, making new contacts, and fulfilling small missions, such as drug dealing on the street, that slowly escalate into bigger endeavors.Gameplay
Scarface features several interesting gameplay mechanics, such as the police evasion radius, that were "adopted" by newer games, such as Grand Theft Auto IV. Combat is handled by locking on and then firing, with the option to aim more precisely with the right analog stick for head or limb shots. This system is a step above the standard "lock and fire" mechanics of action games that engage the player more. Several reaction based mini-games are featured for activities such as money laundering and drug dealing. Drug dealing is one of the earlier activities featured in the game. Tony also has the ability to pull out a phone at any time and summon any of his purchased vehicles via a henchman who drives his ride of choice to him.Soundtrack
