    A young American woman "apparently" in her twenties who works as a nurse, Scarlett hides herself within environments. If Mondo discovers her location, a challenge level is unlocked. These levels are combat arenas, usually in which Mondo must wipe out a group of enemies under special conditions within a time limit.

    Completing these Scarlett challenges unlocks the ability for Mondo to romance Scarlett in Gigolo Mode.
