The second largest in-house Sony Computer Entertainment Europe developer head-quartered in Liverpool, England.
Studio Liverpool was founded under the name Psygnosis in 1984, which has it's own rich history (which you should definately check out at the aforementioned link), and in 1999 was renamed with its current title.Since this re-naming, the company development portfolio (if for some reason they had removed all previously published and developed games as Psygnosis) consists entirely of WipEoutgames and Formula One games, and since losing the Formula One licence, it seems likely that their next game will be either a WipEout title, or a resurgence of the wildly popular Psybadek franchise.
