Overview

Science Adventure is a hard science-fiction media franchise from Japan that began as a series of visual novel adventure games, written by Naotaka Hayashi and co-developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus, Games from the series have since been adapted into other media, including anime, manga, and film.

So far, there are three main games in the series: Chäos;HEAd, Steins;Gate, and Robotics;Notes. In addition, there are several spin-off titles: Chaos;Head Love Chu Chu! and several other Steins;Gate titles. All of the games take place in the same universe, though story connections between each entry are loose.

Chaos;Head, Steins;Gate, and Robotics;Notes have all been adapted into anime and manga series. Steins;Gate in particular has also been adapted into an audio drama as well as an upcoming animated film.
