Overview

Scooter maintains the Catch-A-Ride's around Pandora and builds the Outrunner used by the Vault Hunters. In the third DLC pack, he expands his inventory to include three new vehicles: the Racer, Monster, and the Lancer APC. Scooter resides in New Haven and is later found in T-Bone Junction (DLC3).

Scooter is named after his sister and was revealed to be the son of Underdome queen Mad Moxxi, who appears in "The Secret Armory of General Knoxx" DLC alongside her son.
