Sega Rally Championship was originally released in the arcades. The game was later the game was ported to the Sega Saturn and PC. On the Saturn the game was released as a straight arcade port and later with NetLink capabilities which game the game "online" play. It was also ported to the PC.Interesting Facts
The developers at Codemasters have previously cited the game as an influence in the development of Colin McRae Rally. The game was ranked 44th in the top 50 console games in the Guinness World Records 2009: Gamer's Edition
