Hell no, that doesn't make any sense at all.

He's just a freakin' platinum Abel with a Yin Yang ball in his abdomen.

Just because he is naked and kinda powerful doesn't make him a parody of Dr. Manhattan.

Hell, if you've played Seth's storyline it should be readily apparent that he is nothing more than a generic "all powerful" video game boss.

Now if his moves looked like dr manhatten's moves maybe I'll start believing
