I just got to the point where you need to rescue Claire from the bad dudes. The waypoint goes to a place I haven't been to, and I can't seem to make it.
 
Everytime I get off the elevator, I just get into a grate with a secret ? there.

I can't really remember that part, but there is probably some vent or something that you have to break in order to continue

There's a grate in the second coputer room on the floor.
