This could make or break this game for me, because I can guarantee I would to go through it again will fully specced out guns. I believe both NMH games has this.

"New Game +" to me sounds like when you hit "new game" and start a new playthrough.. no ?
Yah I am totally bummed. Out of all the Suda games, this is the one that would most benefit from it as well... weird.
come to think of it, very few games have "new game+"

@Icemael: @XenoNick: Oh, that, yeah i know what you're talking about. like Crysis 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction come to think of it, very few games have "new game+"
You're right, so I don't understand why people complain about a lack of it. I think it's great when its there because it does encourage replay value, but honestly it is far from being a standard inclusion.
@kidman: alright, there's no excuse for that one
It only makes sense that it's not a very popular design choice, simply because 90% of video games are built to match the player's experience. The beginning levels being simple and easy and tutorial-ish where you have little to no weapons/gadgets, and it starts building up from there@Ahmad_Metallic said:

So, do the achievements like "get ____ kills with ______ weapon" not stack either?Well, they can't really stack because they're for different weapons. I know it's only an upgraded version but still, it gets a new name and everything so I guess they consider it different.
I know new game + is hardly standard fare in video games in general, but it seemed to be in Suda games. Also in Mikami games. So I just assumed.
So it's definitely a huge bummer.
