Story

Sheeva is a Shokan combatant in the Mortal Kombat universe. A member of a race of creatures possessing great physical prowess, she and her kind are the soceiety’s elite in Outworld, and have been ever since the Shokan warrior Goro was declared the champion of Mortal Kombat. Sheeva’s four powerful arms, signature to her race, began serving as defense against would-be royal assasins when she was appointed personal protector of Queen Sindel during Shao Khan’s invasion of Earthrealm (the events of Mortal Kombat 3).Her loyalties were called into question however when Shao Khan, her general and the Ruler of Outworld, appointed a centaur, Motaro, to head the Earth-bound Extermination Squads. The Shokan and Centaurs were long time enemies, and this caused to further heighten Sheeva’s paranoia.

She was drawn into Earthrealm during the battle and upon her return witnessed the betrayal of her race at the hands of Motaro, under Shao Khan’s command. At this, she gained new purpose fighting alongside the Earthrealm resistance, and awaiting the moment where she may serve as Motaro’s executioner.

Endings

Mortal Kombat 3

While Sheeva serves Shao Kahn on Earth, she discovers that her race of Shokan are being punished in Outworld. She discovers that Shao Kahn has begun to favor Motaro's race of Centaur's, the natural enemy's of the Shokan, and has aided them in defeating the Shokan. Once Sheeva learns of this, she turns on Shao Kahn, and defeats him and Motaro. In doing this she has freed both Earth and Outworld and returns to Outworld to work on returning pride to her race.

Armageddon

Once she defeated Blaze, she appeared before the Elder Gods, who were visibly surprised that neither Taven nor Daegon had completed the task. They made Sheeva is into a powerful goddess of destruction to prevent any further turmoil. She laid waste to all the realms with her new power and when they reformed, nothing was as it had been before.

Mortal Kombat (2011)

Sheeva notices that the Shokan were out of favor in Shao Kahn's forces. The Centuar were becoming more dominant and soon the Shokan would be moved towards extinction. After Sheeva killed Shao Kahn she sought a new home for her race on Earthrealm. With help from world leaders the Shokan secured control of Australia in return for protecting Earthrealm from future invasions.

Sheeva made her first appearance in the third MK installment.

Mortal Kombat Armageddon

Sheeva finally returned to the franchise for the final MK installment that featured original characters.

Costume

Sheeva was sporting a kind of armored outfit when she returned in MK Armageddon. Her alternate costume however was her MK3 outfit.
