It's been driving me absolutely bananas.  What the hell does FES stand for?  The best the roommate and I can figure is "Fuckin' Extra Shit!", but somehow I figure that is inaccurate.

According to the game's director, Katsura Hashino, the subtitle "Fes" is derived from the word "festival".

i could well believe that though i always figured it was an acronym. i wish it was included with P3P.
