Personally I Liked Chihiro, But Mitsuru is a Close Second.

Chihiro, got love that anime fan girl. I think that she was hiding some Yaoi in her room.

Fuuka looks like she has scoliosis to me.  I voted for Yuko. Can't go wrong with strong thighs. 

Well, let's see:
Yukari is probably the most likable of the bunch, as long as you don't count that she is a total bitch in The Answer.
Fuuka is the second most annoying character in the game (besides Ken), and has "great" voice acting.
Mitsuru is not the most likable (Sheltered Rich Girl who fails on a social level? ), but I really don't hate her.
I never got close to maxing Yuko, so I will keep my mouth shut.
Chihiro is ok. Even though she falls into an Anime archetype.

So of course the obvious answer is Aigis. Or Chie.

Chihiro with Yukari second but I have to admit that I maxed Chihiro's and Yuko's S-Link and not the other girl links.

Yukari looks like she was punched in the face, Fuuka acts like she was punched in the vag, and Chihiro is probably a dude.  So yeah, I'll take the pampered, rich dominatrix over those.

Chihiro. Yukari is a total bitch in my book, especially in The Answer. If it weren't for that, she would've been first.

I Love some Mitsuru.

Metis...?  Heh, I'll go with Chihiro, she's even the first S. Link that I got to 10.

Aww poor Fuuka's in last :( I always seem to like the underdog for some reason. Maybe that's why Fuuka's my favourite. She's kind of quiet, but speaks up when she has to. Also, she's not as annoying as some of the other girls. Yuko's a close second though.

Yukari>Mitruru=Fuuka>Yuko>Chihiro.

Mitsuru was the one I liked the most, but that happened when I finally opened her Social Link.  Before that, I was firmly planted on the Yukari side.  However, during the course of her Social Link, Mitsuru displayed a side I found tender and charming.  She was more than just the heir to the Kirijo business empire.  Outwardly, she was strong and loyal to her responsiblities, but she was also naive  and sweet when comfortable to let her guard down.

Yukari is kind of an idiot in my book.

Fuuka's voice pissed me off. It was BAD!

Fuuka, along with Ken are the only 2 characters in the Persona series (well, 3 and 4) to have simply atrociously bad voice acting.

Her voice actor is pretty bad sometimes but she is really cute, that and her hair is blue, thats a win win for me. Yukari is a close second.  

Mitsuru, for me. Most natural voice acting in the game, outside of the later Junpei lines. Love her personality, smarts, and her situation was the most interesting. Well, maybe not if you're talking about the S-Link factor, alone... I mean, the arranged marriage thing is rather cliche.
 
It's weird, because I really thought I was going to like Chihiro a lot, when things were starting out, but she was just *too* timid. And uptight. And clingy.
 
Aigis is the most touching, but really depressing, especially given the game's ending.

Aigis, but she isn't up there and, well, she is a robot, so I'll go for Yukari. 
Gotta love the girl-next-door healer.

Aigis and Elizabeth were the hottest ones.

All of you who voted Yukari obviously never played The Answer.

I'm slightly worried about playing the Answer now. I'm still on the Journey (mid... December now? Maybe November. Well, one of them. :P) and I really can't stand Yukari already! 
 
Favourite is Mitsuru though. It would be Aigis if she was on the list. :P
