I really think they are planning 13 episodes ending with Yukiko's rescue.  Keep in mind how long the beginning of the game is.  13 episodes in only about 4 hours, 20 minutes of animation.  An entire episode will be just the first limo ride.

To whoever said the 'series' will probably cover the conclusion of Yukiko's dungeon that sounds about right. Now that I think about it if they stick anywhere near the original story they are set for material for a long while.
