I remember seeing a video - I'm fairly sure it was a Quick Look, and if not, I'm almost certain it was a Thursday Night Throwdown - where Jeff and someone else (Ryan?) were sitting on the couch in black and white. At some point, Jeff's cell phone rang with some sort of sound from Persona 4. Jeff commented that he had set his timer for something and he needed to go do something. He left, and I believe he was replaced by someone else (Vinny? Or perhaps Vinny was there, and Jeff was replaced by Ryan?).

It may have had something to do with his car - I want to say he needed to put more quarters in a parking meter, but that seems kind of iffy.
It may have been Reach Out to the Truth, or perhaps Alone (the theme that plays at home starting around November), though I'm not too sure on this part. It might have been the "Pi pi pi pi pi!" ringtone, but that doesn't feel right. 
 
I believe that it was a video which was posted somewhere in the months of February to May. I'm more sure that it was somewhere from January up to now. 
 
Does anyone remember what video this was?

That scene sounds like the Nuts and Bolts TNT. Where Jeff leaves and VInny comes in for a few minutes.

@xobballox: I think you're thinking of the Deadly Premonition ER when Vinny was driving the car around in the race event and Jeff needed to go move his car, so Ryan sat in, but wouldn't look at the screen.

I know what your talking about because Jeff totally had a ring tone from Persona 4 and had to leave but I can't name it.

A quick skim through the DiRT 3 TNT seems to indicate that Ryan and Will Smith are the only ones in the TNT. Darn...
  
Anyone have any other ideas as to where this is from? 

If not, I guess I might just brute force skim all the Quick Looks or something like that. I'll keep you guys updated.

I thought it was from a Bombcast. Don't remember which episode at all, though.

hahaha, at this point you guys are trying hard just for closure's sake. When you think about it, is it worth checking every single video to find?

Found it. It was during the Game Room "Happy Birthday" hour before the Crysis 2 TNT. I loaded it up when I got home from work to have something on while eating, and when his alarm went off I thought immediately of this thread. :D
