Would you watch it?

The excitement of watching them play the game is seeing them react to what happens next.  When they already know what's going to happen, it doesn't have the same spark.

Nah. Persona 4 is a great game and all, and I might play it again myself down the road. But there's no way I would watch someone else play the game twice. I think the banter wouldn't be as fun a second time around, either.
 
However, I may watch a few episodes of ER again soon, just for nostalgia's sake.

The only real excitement that would come from watching someone else play through the game a second time would be in seeing them pursue different social links and such, but now that they've beaten the game, spectating through the main narrative wouldn't be nearly as entertaining.  So yeah, it's done.

No, the only fun part for me was there reactions, and going through the story with them. With a new game+ none of this would be carried over.

I would watch it just for their reaction to the end of the Rainy Day Beef Bowl Challenge. I would probably watch again just because I like all of the characters but I'll probably just stick to watching some of the older episodes.

It was a great series, but you can't expect them to do it again and have the same quality entertainment.

You can't say "What if they start a New Game+ save?" and then just provide for "Yes" or "No" responses. That doesn't make sense.
If they started a New Game +, they could complete the Persona Compendium and finish up all the Social Links they missed. That's an answer. "Yes" or "No" is not an answer.
 
But for the record, I don't think they'll do that. Not on camera at least.

• The money you had at the end of the game.
• All Personas that were previously registered in the Compendium.
• The ability to fuse Izanagi-no-Okami when you reach the proper level.
• The levels in your personal traits such as Courage, Diligence, and so on.
• The items you received from characters you previously maxed out social links with, so you can fuse the most powerful Personas from their related arcana without needing to max them out a second time.
• The ability to fight Margaret as an optional boss fight if you max out her social link.
  

Watching the whole damn thing again would be a lot less interesting. Perhaps if they do one, it'd have to be videos of very specific things, like them doing S-Links that they neglected early on or using the B-Team. Watching the WHOLE thing over again would be sorta tedious for both us and the guys.
 
 
For now, I'm just content that they managed to finish it. If they want to do a follow-up thing then that's their business.

I would watch a NG+ if for the sole factor of them wanting to go into the meat dimension.  No matter how underwhelming it would be.

I doubt that they're interested in 100% Completion. I know that at least without a handy-dandy fusing guide they won't do Margaret since Fusing is one of the most tedious things for them to do.

Oh God just let it go already.  I love the game and don't want to see it not be a part of my life for another several months, but Jesus man it's time to move on.

 I think it is enough for them to finish it once.They played only for fun and endurance run,not for becoming Persona 4 masters.  

If they ever start new game again,the only new interesting reactions we can get from them are:

  First try: It is 50th turn now and we think we could make it.(Then,Margaret do Megidolaon with 9,999 damage). 
  Second try: Now we equipped Partial Award on Charlie.Problem should be solved now. 
                       They manage to reduces Margaret HP to half and survive 50th turns.Suddenly..."She casts Diarahan on herself!We are doomed!"
Third try: Lets give up on Margaret already.Just beat Izanami and finish this 2nd playthrough!
