Akira Satou is one of many characters in the visual novel Katawa Shoujo. She's a successful business woman and is the sister of Lilly Satou whom is one of five love interests in the game.
Hisao is the main character of Katawa Shoujo. Hisao suffers from Heart Arrhythmia and has to attend Yamaku High School in order to have people around to watch his condition.
The president of Class 3-2, Lilly has been blind since birth. She is a elegant speaker and caring person, being the only friend of Hanako.
Misha is the translator and friend of Shizune Hakamichi. Having spent so much time with Shizune she tends to forgot to control her volume, as cheerful as it may be.
