Cepn (Russian for "Sickle") Abramovici is a former conjoined twin and vicious criminal, using a sickle to slash his enemies to pieces. Cepn abandoned his brother, Molotek, after a bitter argument, and joined the Penguin's gang, serving as a powerful enforcer.
