No. They said there would not be another. So chances are there WONT be one. Or we wont get one for a long time. Stop asking.   
 
Plus this really does not seem like the game a lot of people will wanna just watch.

They said we're not going to be seeing another endurance run despite them being aware of people repeatedly suggesting games. Even if they do start a new Endurance Run it's very likely to be with a story-driven game as they make for much more entertaining videos.

maybe not an Endurance Run but I'd like to see them do a kind of TNT / ER hybrid where they play 2 hours of a game every week

While Civ is a great game, it does not have too much endurance run potential.

No thanks.  Watching an RTS game for 50+ episodes would be fucking boring.

If there is another endurance run, it has to be another middling yet somewhat lovable game like deadly premonition, or a quirky yet surprisingly great game like Persona 4. Maybe another Atlas game, they tend to be hit or miss though.

Yep, great idea. 

They would have to play one game with each civilization.

I feel as though Civilization V's format is not great for endurance runs. I think it would work much better if Ryan played a couple of turns each week and post what happened to his little civilization during that time, accompanied with pictures.

Yeah, this would be painfully boring to watch. Civ doesn't make for compelling viewing material.

Watching someone play Civ is not nearly as bad as watching grass grow, but I'd still put it in that category. No one would want to watch that for very long, and the team would run out of relevant jokes very early in.

I'd watch the entire thing. And I've never finished watching a GB Endurance Run. :P
