Buildings that have fallen in to a state of disrepair.

The fictional town just a short drive away from Silent Hill. It features prominently in Silent Hill 4 as Henry Townshend's home town and is mentioned in past iterations within the series.

Halls, also called hallways or corridors, are areas that connect rooms. Not much happens here except people going from one room to another, but in some games the player sees little else.
A bar, where Maria worked as a dancer.
A hospital is a place to seek help in a medical emergency. It is also used for treating minor illnesses that aren't necessary an emergency. Some games take place in a hospital, whilst others use them as a part of the environment.
A kitchen is found in many game for purposes of food preparation and storage. People may eat there too.

The Lakeview Hotel is a scary and dark hotel located near to Toluca Lake in Silent Hill.
