This boxart actually surprised me for the same reason that the japanese boxart is usually better. The US one looks awesome, and you could probably say it gives you a better idea of what you're gonna be doing in the game (for the consumer who first sees the game in a store, it's blowing shit up)
Plus, very glad to see Yasushi Suzuki's art being used here. That was my worst fear, that Nintendo of America would use some other art or something different from the original style, but nope. Glad to see. AND, I still need to check out the dude's artbook.

Agreed. I am on the side of the Japanese boxart. It is simple and looks great. I am still happy to get the US boxart. Is the PAL boxart different?
