Skingrad is a city inside of Cyrodiil that lies along the Gold Road and is southwest of the Imperial City.
Skingrad is a city in the West Weald region southwest of the Imperial City. The city is divided into two parts, the south is where the homes are situated and the Great Chapel of Julianos. The north is where the merchants and the guild halls are. The most grandest and expensive house can be bought by the player, in Skingrad. The Count is a very strange man. Count Janus Hassildor will never be seen. Players can only see him if they start a related quest or try to break into the castle.Skingrad games
