I doubt any of them will be dlc characters, but I'm most interested in them...what other characters from the story and such would you like to be added as dlc?

That's exactly what I was going to say, lol. It doesn't have to be Minette for me though. I liked the big fish chef guy that was in Ms. Fortune's story. There are also a couple shark/swordfish looking guys standing in the background on one of the stages (can't remember which one), but yeah. Anything like that would be sweet.
Also, there's some artwork that's been done for a couple male characters already. I think Panzerfaust, and BigBand both look cool.
Personally I'd like to see Annie: Girl of the Stars or The Triplets added to the roster. Mostly because I think they have the most potential to be mechanically interesting to play as.
Yeah the art for Panzerfaust and BigBand looks great. Interested to see if they do Squigly as they said that her gameplay style can't be done with their current tech which has me intrigued.

Yeah, don't get me wrong - I'd be happy with ANY of the speculated DLC characters added since all the design and art is just so awesome. I remember seeing Black Dahlia in the story mode and thinking 'Wow, can't believe she's not in the game already!'

I think they had a much bigger scope in mind when making the game...
@MikeGosot: It says on the Shoryuken Wiki that Umbrella and Squigly are already confirmed as early DLC. Anyone know anything about that?
They are already partially in the game. Their name plates were found in the game files and they are also part of Double's Nightmare Legion blockbuster.

Holy crap, haven't seen a still of that. Umbrella's.....umbrella is............ pretty awesome looking! Totally on board with that character.
So many of those background characters look great. I would like to see the scientist shark fishman from the Lab 8 stage, the swordfish gentleman from the street stage or the lady missing one leg of her pants in the same stage.
Big Band and Panzerfaust both look alright. Not too thrilled about Squigly. They all play very differently, but I feel like there are enough women with big breasts and wide hips already. Cerebella could change hats and outfits and easily do a good impression of Parasoul, Filia and Valentine.
Wow! I wasn't aware there were actually so many characters in this game. I thought it was the 8 playable ones and that's basically it, but it seems like that story mode is pretty fleshed out.
But considering they're pretty much already confirmed from various art wednesdays...I dunno. Those two were the most interesting. Maybe some people from Valentine's anti-skullgirl squad...but they're all dead...
@Strife777: Pretty much everyone has a character or two unique to their own story that actually have lines, but the only really important one is Umbrella. There are lots in the background with really neat designs, however. Cerebella has like an entire troupe with her, but they never do anything except look pretty in the intro to her story.
I wish they had more time working on this game. The more I think about it, the more sense it makes for several of the characters to have an entirely different last boss than Marie. Black Dahlia and Cerebella are probably the most direct ones, working for the guy everyone despises and wants to murder. I suppose story mode isn't at the forefront of their minds though, certainly didn't seem that way. It was nice in providing context for the characters, but it provided very little closure.
Wonder if they'll do RICCARDO, totally forgot about that guy. Kinda set the tone once he started groping Filia as he was saying hello in her intro.
