Slime is a playable character in certain Itadaki Street games as well as the main character of Slime MoriMori: Dragon Quest. Other games also contain intelligent slime-creatures. Slime is also a sporting competitor in Mario Sports Mix.
The slime is the mascot of the Dragon Quest series, it appeared in the very first Dragon Quest game! he appeared in every single Dragon Quest title to date, he even got his own games such as (Slime MoriMori series for the Nintendo DS) .
a slime shaped controller was made for Dragon Quest VIII for the Playstation 2 by Hori.
Slime also appeared in three crossover games with Nintendo: Itadaki Street DS, Mario Sports Mix, and Fortune Street.
