I'm looking to for some decent games where the person I'm playing against doesn't rage quit the second I hit level 3. Does anyone know if there's a way to add people to a friends list or is it all rando's while the game is in open beta?

@simian: I you create a match and select "Online Friend" you get a list of the 20 most recent people you've played against. You can also manually search to add people to that list, although they'll end up scrolling off after you play 20 other people so you have to remember them. There's also no way to know who is online right now through the SolForge client alone.

A dedicated friend list and other things are features they'll be adding throughout the beta.

Yeah I think they should definitely focus more on Steam integration. I think on the KS they said that their primary target was iOS but with the infrastructure in place (and people willing to throw money around) Steam feels like a better fit.
