It's been a while.

I am quite curious as well. Has anyone here picked up the game? and if yes...what are your thoughts on the game?

It's at 77% on Gamerankings. Really the only negative review has come from IGN. 1up gave in an A.

you know what, I dont think I have seen anyone talk about this game. Well i guess, only time will tell.

I'm pretty sure its coming down to this- as an RPG in general on a handheld people are really liking it..the main negativity seems to come when they of course bring in the factor that yes, it is a Sonic game set in an RPG universe that of course doesn't exactly sound like it goes hand in hand. If you don't care about that last part that much, I've heard only positive things about the game itself as a RPG mostly(ya I haven't played it yet either, so I guess this didn't help much )

If I had to bet on it, I'd put my money on Bioware.

I liked it  alot. I really enjoyed the game and it really reminded m e of super mario rpg. The story is really good, the characters are actually enjoyable(as enjoyable as they can be) the gameplay is also good. Its got great rpg elements but some gameplay moments like a normal sonic the hedgehog game(like in super mario rpg in the game you can jump and stuff like that) the fighting system works extremely well and Im thinking I may write a review for it.

The game's fine.

It seems like a solid RPG with a decent story (what else would you expect from Bioware?).

The only thing I don't like is that the support character's POW moves aren't exactly forgiving if you miss a beat.
If you screw up any of the combat style POW moves there's still a chance it'll do some damage, whereas if you screw up, say, a heal move - nothing.
