When Terminator Salvation launched on the spanish PSN it was presented as if it was in English, it wasn't. The movie was in Spanish. So I payed for some stupid dubbed version I could have downloaded for free online. What I really payed for wasn't for that movie, I can enter piratebay whenever I want. I payed for the service of having it in English right off my PS3 and a reasonable customer service. But guess what, the customer service sucks. I've been waiting for three months for these dudes to give me my money back, but they just say they need a response from central. The guys who get my phone call probably don't even know where the fuck central is. Ok, my rant is over.
Anybody else finds Sony's support crappy or their PS Store totally unattractive (specially Europe compared to the US)?
