The weapon-based fighting franchise makes its way to handhelds for the first time, featuring 20 unique characters, expanded character creation, and multiple gameplay modes.

Broken Destiny is based on Soul Calibur IV , with characters wearing the same costumes they wore in the full console title, and many of the same arenas reappearing. Unlike SCIV, Darth Vader, Yoda, and the Apprentice will not appear. Instead there will be a new character named Dampierre, and a new guest character, Kratos from the God of War series.
