If your a Soul caliber fan then chance is are there is one thing that you wish was in soul caliber 3, that was online play, now its here in SC4 for better and for worse.
+new char hilde is cool
+graphics are really sharp
+voice acting :)
+Create a char is pretty good a lot of options
+char seem balanced....
+Vader isn't too bad
+Online works OK very little lag
+Japanese voice option
+tower of souls is cool
+tag battles are fun
-online jerks who spam power moves
-the star wars char shouldn't be in it
-the apprentice is way too powerful and cheap as hell
-online quick match almost never works
-story mode is lame
-voice acting
-lack of key modes (team battle?)
-tag mode can only be used in tower of souls and story mode
?why do they not update story mode (like they did in SC2)

Best in series, but definitely not without it's flaws.

When the first Soul Calibur debuted in arcades it blew everyone's minds. It has most definitely aged gracefully (I'm STILL blown away at how good the game looked compared to all other games on the scene at the time), and the game play is so refined and balanced that it ...

Soulcalibur IV is the newest game of the perpetually misspelled, weapon based fighting series. The fighting is exactly what you would expect if you have played any other game in the series. It mainly focuses around blocking and parrying different weapons then exploiting your foe in their time of weakness. ...
