    Overview

    The Split Head is the boss fought in the basement of the Otherworld Midwich Elementary school in Silent Hill. This is a giant monster whose head is split vertically down the middle, and it is manifested from a fairy tale Alessa heard and read of as a young child. Harry Mason also recalls reading the exact same story himself, also when he was a child.

    Trivia

    Another version of the Split Head can be found in Silent Hill 3, although there it is referred to as a Split Worm.
