Hurting more than helping?

Seems like the DRM is having the exact opposite effect as intended.

People are going to pirate this on principle, It gives a great cause for people to feel justified in pirating it, when they other wise might not.

When they target such a large casual audience anyway, was it really worth it to include this nazi regime DRM that the hardcore have a track record of absolutely despising?

Surely this amazon debacle has hurt their casual sales?

DRM is stupid. It hurts their sales a lot. Some people will not buy the game because they hate DRM. People who are casual gamers and don't pirate may hear about all this negativity surrounding the game and not buy it because of that.

DRM does nothing. Pirates will pirate a game regardless.
