    The setting for Dead Space 2, Titan Station is a space station the size of a city built into the few remaining chunks of Titan, one of the moons of Saturn. Nicknamed "the Sprawl" because of how quickly it grew once established.

    Titan, largest of Saturn's moon, was one of the testbeds for planetcracking in the Dead Space universe. As the moon's minerals were harvested for use, a colony was built into the leftover shell. Prominent locations on Titan Station include a Unitology temple, a CEC facility, and an EarthGov administration center.
