i remember i rented ssx tricky along with 1 other game at blockbuster or hollywood video and it wa so slow. play for 5 minute and take it off and pop in the other rented game and never go back to ssx tricky.

why i rented ssx tricky at the first place is cause it was pretty popular. saw at game magazine and sites and tv.

is there something im missing on ssx? do it go faster if i play longer? and why should i try this new remake ssx? would it be slow too?

I don't remember it being slow. Not played it since the time it came out but I remember it being fast and fun.

SSX Tricky is one of the funnest game from the last generation. Keep playing it

I can't tell if you're serious or not.

Either way, I disagree. It's not a slow game once you get a feel for the controls and basic combos. Stick with it if you care.

What the hell did you expect? Going 200mph like in Burnout or what?

The game was pretty fast considering it's a snowboarding game. And it was extremely fun but SSX3 was even better imo. My all-time favorite action-sports game.

Also, 5 minutes ... I loled.

SSX Tricky is my favorite game in the series, yeah it doesn't have the greatest sense of speed but that's not the appeal.....and is English your second language?

Five minutes isn't even long enough to get from the main menu past the first ramp.

SSX Tricky is slow, SSX3 is not. Just my opinion guys.

Never played Tricky, but I remember SSX3 being fairly fast. Though the alternate paths and trick system was more important to my enjoyment than the speed.
