I know the underground sections in Stalker shadow of Chernobyl scared me shitless so I was wondering if Clear sky was more above ground focused? And are the shooting mechanics the same, improved?, or completely different? It could be just me but sometimes the I just know the person should have died from my shout in stalker they just didn't even flinch in the original stalker. I might consider picking this game up if there aren't alot of underground sections.

I'd say Clear Sky is better than Shadow of Chernobyl in every way. There are a few underground sections, but not nearly as many. I couldn't do the underground parts in SoC, but I had no problem in Clear Sky.
