    Simply a Mess

This is what happens when profit focused management stifles creative developers. The Force Unleashed has moments of fun but is so weighed down with a feeling of rushed, poor, uninspired design and polish that you will probably start crying (at least on the inside).

    The 'Meh, not too bad':
Playing as Vader for a few minutes was pretty cool.

    The Terrible:
Sparse check points are unforgivable in a game aimed to please a broad mass-market.
This feels like a linear and unfinished beta of InFamous.  Want to feel like a real superhero? Play that instead.
Some of the worst controls I've ever used in a "big studio" game.
The jumping mechanics are so crappy that forcing us to platform with them is criminal.
Corners appear to have been cut everywhere possible, for example notice in the cut-scenes that the motion capture for everyones walk is the same.
More reliance on QTE than Shenmue.

TFU was meant to do a lot of things, but sadly only managed to live up to a few.As a story it does at least give some more insight into the destruction of the Jedi , the birth of the Rebel Alliance and even more character development for everybody's favourite robotic asmastic. There i...

Star Wars- The Force Unleashed... almost... 0

After all the hype surrounding this game, it doesn't quite deliver, but sure doesn't disappoint.  TFU is truly a remarkable piece of work, putting together Euphoria and other physics engines that make the game truly 'unleashed'. You start the game off with a killer tutorial playing as the masked metal-head himself, DARTH VADER. But soon, you get to control Darth Vader's secret apprentice, called Starkiller. not to ruin the plot, the story is not bad, taking your character to a wide variety of lo...
