Star Wars: The Force Unleashed Review

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is the game meant to bridge together the original trilogy and the prequel trilogy. While this may be the main draw for fans of series, I found the gameplay to be enjoyable, while not without its faults.

You play as Starkiller, the secret apprentice of Darth Vader. You are then sent around the galaxy to do his bidding, i.e.; kill everything. But in all seriousness, the story is actually quite satisfying to play through. Even with its gameplay quirks. While the game is called The "Force" Unleashed. Most of the combat is done with Starkillers trusty lightsaber, while occasionally using the force powers to tackle large amounts of enemies or to fight a boss. The targeting is also often a problem, leaving you unable to target the enemy that you want to. The jumping also can be annoying to use.

The game uses the traditional John Williams score, so you probably already no whether or not you like it. Th sound affects are also very familiar. The voice acting is performed well, but sometimes it unintentionally comes off as just out of place for the tone of the story.

So, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed turned out to be a pretty fun game. Fans will eat it up, but non-fans probably won't be too interested in it.

TFU was meant to do a lot of things, but sadly only managed to live up to a few.As a story it does at least give some more insight into the destruction of the Jedi , the birth of the Rebel Alliance and even more character development for everybody's favourite robotic asmastic. There i...

Star Wars- The Force Unleashed... almost... 0

After all the hype surrounding this game, it doesn't quite deliver, but sure doesn't disappoint.  TFU is truly a remarkable piece of work, putting together Euphoria and other physics engines that make the game truly 'unleashed'. You start the game off with a killer tutorial playing as the masked metal-head himself, DARTH VADER. But soon, you get to control Darth Vader's secret apprentice, called Starkiller. not to ruin the plot, the story is not bad, taking your character to a wide variety of lo...
