Frikking game/site is saying that the street I grew up on isn't the street I grew up on so I cannot play the game. And there is close to NO FUCKING WAY you can reach someone on the phone to fix the problem

Now I can't even log into the site. Serious lacking support. Pray you don't get this bugaboo

Apparently you just have to reset your password.

Even after resetting you PW it puts you in the loop of the unanswerable question. JUST got through and started the wait for a human to help me on the phone.

After two hours on hold I finally talked to someone and they fixed my problem. I'm gonna own up and state that it was my fault.....I put the city I was born in instead of the street name. So, for my stupidity, I get an hour que wait which I will just smile and sit on my hands. But I will never quit out of the game totally ever again. I could have sworn that I was sober when I created those security answers
