    I tracked trainers and now my quests stopped being tracked even though the quest log says they are. I feel dumb.

    If you hit M it shows the map and then in the left bottem there is a panel where you can select what to show and what not, maybe see if that can fix it.

    Happened to me yesterday. I just quit the game completely and when I went to restart it everything was fine again.
