Not sure if "Rate my character build" is frowned upon, but in case it isn't, this looks like a pretty rounded build.

    Any critique?

Honestly I don't think you're going to be getting any useful feedback until the game is out and people have theorycrafted a little bit

    Looks like a suitably cookie-cutter pick-all-the-talents-that-boost-your-DPS-so-you-can-DPS build.

having played the beta, and gotten my gunslinger up to 50, I can say that your build is pretty solid. I never had a chance to mess around with the other trees at all, and all of my playtime with my gunslinger was with points into the sharpshooter tree. Basically, you'll be able to kill any ONE target in the game (with the exception of really good tanks that know they're being targeted), at the expense of mobility and energy. You'll always be in cover, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean you won't be able to move around as much in warzones. From what I've seen of the other skilltrees, they offer much more mobility without as much burst damage. It really comes down to your playstyle. The nice thing about the Gunslinger AC is that there is only DPS to choose from, so you just have to figure out if you prefer DOTs or high burst damage and go from there.

Jah....I'm going to run with this build, but if I don't like being locked down too much I'll change it up. I like to stick and move so my plan is to set up shop, pewpewpewpew and jet when they realize that I'm plinking away at them.

@bunnymud: Keep in mind that being in cover might be to your advantage... if you turn tail and run, a force user is just going to leap into your face and stick their lightsabers where the sun don't shine! Your main function with this build is to take out individual targets, mostly stragglers and healers whenever possible. Be as ninja like as possible, as people will quickly learn that your deeps are deadly, and they will start gunning for ya! just remember, being picked on in a warzone is a complement :)
