The third and final chapter of Starcraft II, Legacy of the Void is a science-fiction-themed real-time strategy game for PC and Mac. Players take control of the psionic Protoss faction in an interstellar war against the vicious Zerg and hardy Terrans.
Starcraft II was split into three different games, and the last one that's going to be released is Legacy of the Void. All current development is focused on the first chapter, Wings of Liberty, so only a vague understanding of the plot of the second chapter, Heart of the Swarm, exists, and next to nothing is known for certain about Legacy of the Void except that it will be from the perspective of the Protoss faction.
