How can I do 1 v 7 against AI?

I only see 1v1 2v2 and so on

I havn't fired up  my copy yet, but I'm guessing custom game -> 8 player map -> +ai+ai+ai+ai....

i checked it out and all i could make was a 5 vs 3 match
 
go to multiplayer and create a game

I'm pretty sure the achievement just means win an 8 player free for all. I got it that way.

8 player custom, add ai, and move them down so you're on your own 
Of course, that's not for the achievement, and you'll die in the first 5 mins, even on very easy.
