Just saw ME2 on sale today. To my surprise, the price was $17 (after the discount). Checked Steamprices, and apparently the price in US is supposed to be $6.80. Why the FUCK does ME2 cost $49.99 in Vietnam? Aren't the prices used by Steam Vietnam are supposed to be US prices? Also, almost every other game follows US price.

This still amazes me, maybe its a tax or something, but I would think Valve would be better about this.

It is just weird that only ME2 (and maybe some other games) have increased price. Rather weird really. If everything had a different price then it would make more sense

because canadians hate vietnam. everybody knows that.

is it weird that i thought this was about either battlefield vietnam, or magicka vietnam... and not the country at first? I apologize :(

I really don't know. Patrick said on TNT a few weeks ago "isn't Europe a country?" and I can't tell if they are all joking or not.

I have that problem too, and I'm in the Philippines, I thought U.S LOVED US! This must affect all SEA countries...

What amazes me is that I have no idea what country my Steam is. The store is in english, i pay in euros with an american credit card while residing in France and the server I download fron is in Thailand
