I want to active my account on my little brother's computer and on my computer at the same time, is it possible?

Yea, I think you can. But only one computer can be signed in at a time.

You used to be able to be signed in multiple times with the same account at the same time but no longer is that the case.

You can still sign in and install the games on both though you will only be able to use the account on 1 comp at a time

To use both at the same time, one has to be in offline mode.

And you must be signed in in order to play the games?

This man is correct.

Me and my dad share his account. (Although I have my own for all of my multi-player games)

How do you change to offline mode?
I think this is my last question about Steam so thanks everyone for your help.

Click on steam on the upper left corner and then click Go offline

I think it makes you resign in every now and then though so just make sure you sign in when the other computer is off
