I'd totally get The Walking Dead if I wasn't spoiled what happens in episode 4 in the comment section of an ILM video! Sadly, none of the other sales do anything for me.
On one hand, super pumped to see a new Steam sale, on the other, now that my account is showing 305 games I'm finding myself finding less and less to buy!
@GS_Dan: Hey, Gods and Kings is on sale at green man gaming for the next day or so for like 10 bucks, less if you use the cupon code on top of that. Dont think steam will go much cheaper then that.
Not a ton i want this time around, im on the fence with the walking dead as i dont think i'll get to it soon so i may just wait until the holiday sale. If TL 2 goes up as a daily sale or flash sale i'll get that for sure.

There's actually a bunch of stuff I'm hoping to get during this, which is kind of weird because I didn't really want anything during the summer sale this year.
@mandude: Yeah, some pages are showing dollars and others are showing pounds for me.
Yeah, I was getting pounds instead of dollars but it still checked out okay. I logged out and logged back and the currency was fixed.
I was also not seeing the discount initially when I put the games in my cart but the discount was applied when I checked out.
Some fucking awesome deals, got Critter Crunch of $1.24 and loaded up on a bunch of other games. Dead Island GOTY ($10!), Cave Story, Terraria, Mark of the Ninja, pid, Rochard, Shatter, Stacking, Everyday Shooter and a load of others. Basically many weird indie games I've been eyeing but didn't buy for one reason or another.
Got myself a copy of KOTOR 2 so far. As usual I'll only buy things from the daily or flash sales and then get everything else Im interested in on the last day.
Well that was swell, lotsa games on my Wishlist were 25-75% off so I already picked up 5 games. Damn you Gaben!
Also, finding your Wishlist was a lot trickier all of a sudden. It's not on the front page of the store when you start up Steam. Seems to be a little glitchiness in the works (one of the page slisted the prices in PBRY or something like that), but I had no trouble getting the games for the price I wanted.
Oh man, I'm so mad at myself. Being broke during a Steam sale sucks. If there's one thing I'm getting before it ends on the 27th, it's the Army of the Czech Republic expansion for Arma2CO.

I had that experience too. There's only about few games I'm looking for from this sale, and I already got one of them. I own all of the featured indie games but one.
I'm only looking to get Torchlight 2, Skyrim DLC (only if it is really cheap), XCOM (already got it), Castle Crashers (that game is so much fun), and if it gets super cheap, AC3 (which won't happen).
That's a great deal for AoE3. That game has its flaws, but it still is quite fun. It is a much less intimidating RTS than Starcraft but still can be a good experience online.
I was waiting for a sale, but just bought XCOM at full price a couple days ago. Oh well, fun game. (Also, I don't know yet if it would go on sale anyway.)

Picked up Hotline Miami. Went to get Limbo also, but I already own it. Nice! Thinking about Torchlight II, but I have a feeling it will get cheaper during the week.
