Yep, definitely worth it. I have AYIM, Gish and Jolly Rover, but not the other two. Anyway, my thoughts on those:

AYIM - I enjoyed it and there were definitely some nice puzzles in it. However, it was a bit hit or miss; for example, the music was simultaneously appropriate and grating.
Gish - Personally, I didn't find this good at all. I got about half an hour into it, then I died and had to start the game over again (I don't think I had the ability to save). Anyway, I just decided to stop playing it, since I wasn't really having all that much fun anyway.
Jolly Rover - Very well designed adventure game, I actually liked it a lot; but it did seem a little bit too derivative of the Monkey Island series.

Picked up the Indie Story bundle. Don't really care about Jolly Rover or Puzzle Agent, but 4 quid for Gish, And Yet it Moves and Recettear is too good to pass up.

Yes, buy the Indie Story Pack! I already own Recettear and Gish, but it looks like it's worth double-dipping to get the rest. I wish it would let me give away the extra Gish and Recettear though. :(

I already had gish, and yet it moves and puzzle agent but Recettear and Jolly Rover for five bucks is still a very good deal and I bought it anyway. Also, I got Arkham Asylum, finally. I'm still waiting for a good deal on Dragon Age Digital Deluxe Edition because the Ultimate isn't available in my region.

@Meltac: The cheaper price I've seen Jolly Rover reach was $4 at the Adventure Shop a few months ago so I think $5 dollars for that plus 3 other games that you may end up enjoying is still a good deal.

I was about to get the Indie Pack... but to be honest, I have so many games and so little time I don't know when I'll be able to play all those games :S (I had and beat Puzzle Agent, though). I'll hold on to see if there's something I really, REALLY like.

Just picked up the Indie Story Bundle because I really wanted Puzzle Agent...so, $5 for Puzzle Agent and the rest are a free bonus. I'll take it, and all but one game in the pack works on my MacBook, too. Awesome.

Yesterday was Alpha Protocol...last week was San Andreas for $3.74...today the Indie Story Pack...tomorrow, probably something else. Oh well, at least I won't run out of games to play for quite some time.

I noticed that Wednesday's indie pack is no longer available in the store, so it looks like you only get one day to buy each package. If you miss the discounted bundle, you won't be able to get them in a bundle at all. Something to consider.

@LordAndrew:  I noticed that too. Thankfully, that energy pack was just not very good and I doubt many people will miss it. I'm hoping for new special indie packs everyday until the end of the sale. Preferably one with VVVVVV, Eversion, and the Maw.

@HaroldoNVU: VVVVVV will be part of a pack, but not Eversion or The Maw. Eversion doesn't fit the pattern that they appear to be going for, which is to include games $9.99 and over. It's already $5, but maybe it will get a stand-alone discount. Either way, people should check that game out.
      @Laksa said:

" Some mod deleted my thread about recettear, the pack is worth it for the game alone. Do get it.  the sound track to the game was just released on cd baby too.
grabbed this list off the steam forums:
    - Indie Air Pack: Altitude, DogFighter, Flotilla, Gratuitous Space Battles, Plain Sight
    - Indie Clever Pack: Doc Clock: The Toasted Sandwich of Time, Eufloria, Iron Grip: Warlord, VVVVVV, World of Goo
    - Indie Pulse Pack: Audiosurf, Beat Hazard, Bit Trip Beat, The Polynomial, Rhythm Zone
    - Indie Puzzle Pack: Cogs, Droplitz, Puzzle Dimension, Shatter, Tidalis
    - Indie Story Pack: And Yet It Moves, Gish, Puzzle Agent, Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, Jolly Rover

All the packs are looking like good deals. "

Oh, and I wasn't overly concerned that people would miss out on the Indie Energy Pack. I'm more bummed out that the Indie Story Pack will be gone. It's a great package, even when it's not being sold at $5.

I just tried the demo for Recetter and And Yet It Moves. Thse 2 games alone were enough reason to pick up the pack. It's an incredibl deal, picked it up in the last 20 minutes. I recommend checking it out if you are into  quirky RPGs and can appreciate the complete anime styling of it. The translation is very enjoyable.

Torchlight and Machinarium are must haves. If I didn't already have them then this would be a great day for sales. The rest of them are out of my price range of impulse buying. But yeah, reccomend those 2 games to everyone here. Go and buy them.

I already bought it, but I can recommend Tropico 3 Gold to anyone who likes a good casual banana republic dictator simulation. It looks great and is fun to play. It's also a relatively forgiving building-sim, which is something I like as I don't want to micromanage everything in order to stay in the green. In Tropico you can pretty much build anything and make a profit(Though some things make you more money than other, ofcourse.)

Well... I don't know if I'm gonna pick any offer today. I only wanted the expansion to Tropico 3, I already have all the other games. I wanted VVVVVV but I already have world of goo and don't wan the others in the pack. So I'll wait to see if they give them a individual price cut on those in the next sale.

there's people joining steam all the the time and it's one of the best titles available for mac. but yeah, i think that for a shorter sale like this one that only has daily deals they could choose other games.

In  other news, I bought the Freedom Force pack and gave a bunch of friends who don't usually buy games and maybe some of them may give steam a chance.

Have somehow managed to miss Torchlight but will be getting it now. Tropico also interest me but got so crappy PC that I doubt it'll run it. Well there is always the Xbox 360 version. Also that Indie bundle looks good, shame that got already two games from it.
