pretty good buys. i thought crysis was good, but it was a little bit laggy in big parts. dead space 2 was good also. pretty crazy. i don't think i went crazy with video game buying. i'll buy an occasional buy of steam sales.

I managed to pass on all of them, I only passed up Hot Pursuit because I wasn't aware of the sales until the crysis sale.

Considering Medal of Honor for 15$.. I'm kind of in the mood for a generic but entertaining milshooter right now.. 10$ would clinch it, but 15 is debatable.. hmm

NFS was only $10 USD here in NZ. I picked that up and the Crysis bundle. I am looking forward to never installing them.

All the good sales decide to show up when I have a crappy computer and $2 in my account.

Only took $10 from me. Only thing of interest to me during the sale was the Bad Company 2 DLC. Would have picked up the Sims stuff if it was bundled and around $20-$30, but they are still asking way too much for that stuff.

I'm already stocking up on the lube for this years Christmas sale. They took me pretty hard for the last two years running, and I'm sure it will be just as bad this time. 2009/2010. I should know better, but I honestly think I'm going to get by this year rather well. There just isn't much on Steam that I want any more. At least nothing that will be on sale this Christmas at a price I'm willing to pay.

Saw that they had tons of Battlefield things on there today which I'd love to get for the PC though at the moment $ is a bit lacking so will just have to wait.

This is why I try not to log onto steam.  Almost every god damn time there's a sale and I buy a game i'll never play more than 15 minutes.

Man how cool would it be if they had steam for PS3 games? Cause all I got right now is ps3 and my college laptop.

All good games, and for great prices. Less than $60 isn't exactly taking you to the cleaners. Maybe that's just me.

I am guessing maybe during the summer sale... it just came out like a month ago...  Anyways, nothing was all that enticing.  I did breakdown and bought the Crysis + Warhead pack but I am looking for a way to get around the crappy DRM they have for this game.

The cool thing is, the more you buy, the more you become immune to their sales.

    It's the perfect plan.

Oh and I want Neverwinter Nights 2 to go on sale again since I missed it last time. There's always the summer sale coming soon.....

I wanted to get in on a lot of those deals but seeing as I had to cancel my card the other week after Sony fucked us all over and I'm still waiting for a replacement I couldn't, thanks Sony :D

I was tempted by Dead Space 2, but I just can't afford any games on top what I already plan. Damn 2011 for being so awesome.

@Akeldama: $54 sounds like money to me when $0 was my anticipated games cost for the week.  I guess it's really not so terrible, but it still left a dent.

I love the sales, if there's a game I want and it's quite an old game then I tend to wait for it to get put on sale, when it does, assuming it has come down to a low enough price point I'll buy it. So if 1 £20 game that I wanted was reduced to £18 I might leave if, if it drops to 50% or lower then I'll get it.
