I need to keep telling myself that my computer probably won't run F1 2010 well, or I'm going to be $20 poorer by the end of the day.
Very tempted to pick up the Deus Ex collection for $3, as well, just so I have a digital version of the original to go along with the old box copy I have. Still questioning the wisdom of that.

I won a copy of Sword & Soldiers the other day, which worked out perfectly because it's something that runs on my old laptop which is my sole gaming machine for the next week. It's great. I'm loving it. It's funny, charming, and fun to play. I recommend it to anyone looking for stuff to buy during this sale.
got Super Meat Boy (I highly recommend using a controller, using a keyboard sucks on it), PB Winterbottom and the Civilization 4 pack. I'm hoping Dreamfall, Fallout 3 and Dragon Age drop to even lower prices but I doubt it

I'll admit a little bias here, as I know the creator Zara online, but Eversion's now in this sale for $2.49. It's a short little romp that isn't more than a couple of hours, but if you like quirky platformers with interesting mechanics, it's worth a try.
Don't read up on it before buying, though (spoilers!), and know that it's best played at night with the lights off and the sound up. It will overwhelm you with its cuteness and whimsy, trust me.
It's a bit messy out there in Steam sale land. I picked up Fallout GOTY edition (I've been putting that off for so long) and Winterbottom.
I hope some of the games in the packs will be offered as daily deals as well. My virtual wallet still has some cyber currency left inside. It's not real money, is it?

Pull the trigger. $15 is ridiculous for by far the best game that's come out all year.
God, why is Darksiders not on sale at all. It's even excluded from the THQ pack. $40 is still too much for me to spend right now, especially on a singleplayer game that I don't know if I'll enjoy. I really want to play it though! edit: wow I just checked and it is on sale now. That is weird. It was originally excluded from the sale. $26.79!
Just bought Mass Effect, gearing up for the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2. Sony claim the PS3 is a very open platform, so why can't i transfer my Mass Effect save from the pc to the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2?
Bad Company 2, Cryostasis, Deus Ex Collection, Evil Genius, FEAR Collection, Lego Star Wars Saga, Oddworld Collection, Overlord 2, Painkiller Black Edition, The first 3 Prince of Persia games, Super Meat Boy, Titan Quest Gold, and PB Winterbottom. All together that's about 79 dollars or something.

I have Titan Quest Gold and Beyond Good and Evil in the cart... are they worth it? I know BGaE is meant to be great but don't know how well it has aged and know next to nothing about Tian Quest
Came close with BC2 (already have it for ps3) but so far my wallet is in one piece. Will definately keep an eye on those daily deals though.
Son of a bitch. I was going to buy World in Conflict today, but now it's on sale which means I have to wait until the 2nd to see if it goes on more-sale like The Orange Box did last year.
I might get the Indie Fright Pack...dunno. I'll probably get Super Meat Boy too. I also might get me some Half Life 1. And possibly P.B. Winterbottom since it's Forty Nine Cents. I mean, damn dude.
I just bought the three Prince of Persia games I haven't played yet for $10. Gifted a copy of P.B. Winterbottom to a friend and bought one for myself too, because 50 cents is a ridiculously good price. I'm scared for what the rest of the week will bring in terms of sales...I've yet to actually resist buying something during one of their big sales. If they're going to have daily deals, it's going to make saving money even harder. :(
Hmm all the packs are until Jan 2. So it's math time in the mean while. Need to look at the games I want from each pack and then see if they get on sale and if, check if it's better to get the entire pack or just the game.

broken sword 2 and 3 (to go with the first i bought earlier), the first 3 prince of persias (i have the 08 and latest on 360), the deus ex pack, the fear pack, freedom force and freedom force vs third reich.
so 15 euros earlier plus 27 now makes 42euros spent on the first day :(
And ill probably regret not getting the Oddbox in the longrun
Right, I finally bought Left4Dead 2, not tried it before. And I bought Half Life: Source, loved this game before but never finished it, time to try again.
