A digital distribution service owned by Valve Corporation. Originally created to distribute Valve's own games, Steam has since become the de facto standard for digital distribution of PC games.
So like I said there are a few games that I didn't buy for steam on my achievement list on giantbomb. I checked steam to double check and there are no signs of them anywhere. I'm guessing it's just a glitch but I just wanted to make sure.
