Your Steam Summer Sale 2012 Budget?
$30-$50 for me, I guess? I've decided I'll finally get Saints Row The Third, and aside from that, maybe 1 or 2 other small games.
Jesus, some of you guys saying over $100 are crazy. How many fucking games do you need to buy within a 2-week period? Did you just get Steam yesterday or something? How do you not have a sizeable backlog guilting you into not buying as many new games?
Im hoping to land between 60-80 bucks. I'm going into the sale with the intent of buying the walking dead, dead island, spec ops: the line and Lego batman 2, so if those games fall around $15-20 a piece, i should stay within my budget

Zero dollars.
I don't know why, but I don't like buying games "virtually", and for some reason I would even less want to buy from Steam.
My disliking for Steam comes from the bad experiences I have had with Steam, but I generally don't feel very secure about buying digital games on the PC...
You feel more secure digitally buying games on console then you do on pc?
@Squinty: They confirmed there would be and all signs point to it being today. I almost hope it doesn't happen this week, just because all of this melodrama is so funny though.
Anyway, my budget is £50. I don't plan to spend that much, but I definitely don't want to go over that.
Don't think I'll spend anything on the sale this summer. At the moment they've little that appeals to me, that I haven't gotten in previous years.
I do like how they're doing the voting for the next sale idea that GOG.com was using.

In fact I do... for some odd reason. Since I know that it isn't certain that my Xbox Live Arcade / PSN games will carry over to the next generation of consoles, it is super weird that I'm more comfortable to buy games on consoles. I think it might be the closed platform that makes me feel more secure about it, I dunno...
i have no budget but so far i have spend about 60 euros 50 on the id pack and 10 on the indue humble bundle 3. but in the end ill just buy the things that i might want
but its kinda sad that i dont really know how much 1 Euro is in my curency without looking at the enchange rate but i do i dollars
I tried to only spend 50 but ended up spending 70. I guess it's alright since bills are paid and I have gas in the car. I just have less food money for the month but I guess that's cool I'll just buy cheap stuff.

If you have a budget for the Steam sale that's coming up in a couple of days, feel free to share it; personally, I'm going to try to spend no more than $50.
It will be interesting to see how everyone's budgets match up with how much they actually spend :o
Well, I aimed for $50 and I ended up with $49.02 :D
